My Process
Officiating- Basic Ceremony
All couples choosing the Basic Ceremony package will have one virtual meeting with me to talk through the options to customize my pre-written ceremony script. As well as a final details call.
Officiating- Custom Ceremony
All couples choosing the Custom Ceremony package will have the opportunity to have one in-person planning meeting, a follow-up virtual meeting, and a final details call.
The Planning Meeting
I love to meet my custom couples in person when possible! I love to grab a coffee or happy hour somewhere in the Twin Cities metro area. This meeting will give me the chance to get to know all about you and your story as a couple.
Virtual Follow Up
After the planning meeting, I will have enough information to work on crafting a custom ceremony script for you. During our follow-up, we will discuss the outline of what I have so far, ensure that I am striking the tone you want, and finalize any outstanding details.
Final Details Call
If we have any last minute changes or details to discuss, we will have a final details call to be sure we are all feeling 100% ready for the big day!
Planning for the Custom Ceremony package begins approximately 4 months before the wedding date.
Day of Coordination
All couples choosing Day of Coordination with me will have one planning meeting, one virtual follow up, and a final details call.
The Planning Meeting
I love to meet my custom couples in person when possible! I love to grab a coffee or happy hour somewhere in the Twin Cities metro area. This meeting will give me the chance to learn about every detail of your day so I can work on building a moment by moment timeline for you and your vendor team.
Virtual Follow Up
After the planning meeting, I will have enough information to work on crafting your timeline. During our follow-up, we will discuss the outline of what I have so far and finalize any outstanding details.
If needed, we will follow up with a final call to wrap up loose ends and confirm final details
Planning for Day of Coordination begins 6 weeks- a month before the wedding.
